Qmadix warrants its products against material defects or workmanship for up to one year.  Please see individual product packaging for specific warranty period, terms and information.  This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, tampering, commercial use, acts of God or modification.  In no event will Qmadix be liable for damages in excess of purchase price.

Warranty period begins from original date of purchase.  A dated proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty assistance.  Qmadix will, at its option, repair or replace the product with a new, refurbished or like-product.  Any parts or product replaced under this warranty will become the property of Qmadix.  Customer is responsible for any shipping costs to Qmadix if the item is required to be returned.

How to file a Warranty Claim for your Qmadix Product

The following will be needed to process a warranty claim. To facilitate your request, please email the following to customerservice@qmadix.com:

    1.  A copy of your purchase receipt
    2.  A picture of the product (please state if sending a photo is not possible)
    3.  Your name and complete return shipping address for your replacement product
