Qmadix products are Designed to work with life™, and so is our warranty policy. At Qmadix we stand behind our products and the manner in which they were intended to be used. We back this up by warranting them against material defects starting on the first day of purchase.

How long is the Qmadix warranty?

All Qmadix products carry up to a one year warranty. Qmadix Invisible Tech Armor and First Defense tempered glass screen protector(s) have a limited lifetime warranty.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Qmadix has also designed our warranty policy to fit work with life. We know most other companies make you register your product and fill out lengthy forms to process your claim – not with us.


Email the following to customerservice@qmadix.com:

  • A copy of your dated purchase receipt
  • A picture of the product
  • The phone manufacturer and model of your phone (for example: Apple iPhone 6s Plus)
  • Your name and contact information – including your complete return shipping address for your replacement product

If your Qmadix glass screen protector becomes defective within the first 30 days, Qmadix will send a replacement free of charge. Any time after the first 30 days, there will be a $9.95 shipping and handling fee for all replacements within the US and Canada. All other Qmadix accessories have a free replacement cost for the first 90 days, otherwise a $9.95 shipping and handling fee applies.

Qmadix warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, tampering, commercial use, acts of God or modification. In no event will Qmadix be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price. Qmadix warranty does not cover customer abuse nor do we warranty any device. The Qmadix warranty only pertains to the Qmadix products itself and in no event will Qmadix be liable for any damages in excess of the purchase price of the product. Qmadix will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with a new, refurbished or like-product. Any parts or product replaced under this warranty will become the property of Qmadix. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs to Qmadix if the item is required to be returned.
